This page sets out Offerchoice's legal terms, consumer rights under Australian law, warranty and refund policies, dispute resolution procedures, and how to notify us of legal issues.
Offerchoice provides commercial and residential office repair and refurbishment services across Australia. ACL provides certain statutory guarantees which apply irrespective of any contractual terms. These guarantees include that services will be rendered with due care and skill, be fit for the specified purpose, and be supplied within a reasonable time when *** time is specified.
If you are a consumer under the ACL and a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re‑performance, refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Offerchoice provides manufacturer and workmanship warranties where applicable. Below is a summary guide — specific warranty periods will be confirmed in project documentation or invoices.
| Service | Typical Warranty | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| General Repairs | 3–12 months | Workmanship defects, rework required due to installation faults |
| Electrical Works | 12 months | Electrical installation compliance and defect correction |
| Refurbishment & Fitout | 6–24 months (varies) | Structural and finishing defects directly related to scope |
Where statutory guarantees under ACL apply they prevail. For refunds and remedies see our Privacy Policy and contact us via Contacts.
To the extent permitted by law, Offerchoice's liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by statute (including under the ACL) is limited where law allows to the re‑supply of services or the cost of re‑supply. Except as provided by statute, Offerchoice excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
This clause does not exclude consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to resolve disputes promptly and amicably. Please contact us via Contacts to attempt internal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to external dispute resolution bodies or the courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Where applicable, parties submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
If you believe a breach of ACL has occurred, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your local state consumer protection agency.
